What is the “porcelain stoneware”?
The “Porcelain Stoneware” is a compact, hard, coloured, non-porous ceramic. The ceramic mass of this type of tiles is extremely firm, hence the extraordinary strength of the tile itself.

“Double-firing” is a process where the ceramic mixture is baked, glazed and then baked once again. Double-fired tiles are a porous and ductile material, with a high ability to absorb water.

When a product is available on the website it means that we have it in our warehouse, so it is also available for prompt delivery.
How can I calculate the right amount of floor or wall cladding to order?
In order to calculate the right amount of a product you want to order, you need to measure the surface you want to pave/cover. In this way we will know the net amount of necessary tiles to which we will have to add the percentage of “scrap”.
What is “scrap”?
The “scrap” is the waste resulting from cutting or drilling that will be necessary during the laying phase. This percentage needs to consider: the size of the floor joint, because the bigger the floor joint the lower the amount of tiles; and the laying scheme, since for a horizontal laying scheme are required less tiles than for a diagonal one. 10% is the minimum percentage of scrap that is necessary in order to proceed with the laying of every floor or wall cladding.
