EDILEXPORT delivers products purchased online directly to the address the customer requests (only for individuals resident in Italy or Italy-based companies, except for the Venetian Lagoon and Italy’s smaller islands).
The products will be delivered within 20 business days. Deliveries may have some delays during Christmas holidays.
Costs are calculated directly by the website (they depend only on the weight of the articles) and are shown during the purchasing procedure. The rates for Italy (not including the small islands) follow.
Above 1550 kg, for each additional 100 kg, the price increases by 10 €. For deliveries over 5000 kg, please contact us.
Only complete orders will be delivered (no partial deliveries).
Delivery is subject to appointment set with the carrier.
Delivery is made by a vehicle equipped with hydraulic tail-lift at street level.
Rates for places difficult for vehicles with a 3.5 ton capacity to access will be quoted upon request.
All shipments are tracked.
You will receive a mail after completing the purchasing procedure, you will receive a mail as soon as the order will be shipped. You will receive a phone call from the carrier to agree the delivery date.
